Building upon the engineering platform mentioned in the previous case study, internal product management has been implemented. The new "Comprehensive Product Analysis Report" platform provides extensive performance insights for all products (applications) within the organization. This report integrates key metrics such as user engagement, technical performance, security, and infrastructure costs, helping management gain a global perspective to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization. Business Challenges
In the absence of data support, product development teams face a series of operational and regulatory challenges:

Based on the internal team structure of the organization, we have divided the target user groups into three categories: Product Owners, Enterprise Executives, and Domain Owners. We conducted in-depth research on the different responsibilities and needs of each user type to ensure that the solution can effectively support various work scenarios and decision-making requirements for all types of users. This research process helped us identify the core pain points and data insight needs of each user type, thereby ensuring that the product can provide efficient and precise data support, enhancing the overall operational and decision-making efficiency of the enterprise.
